Ingredients

  • ½ large Imperfect cucumber (about 1 cup)
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger (or powdered)
  • ¼ fresh avocado (2-3 rounded tbsp)
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds 
  • Juice of 1 small Imperfect lime (2 tbsp)
  • Juice of ½ Imperfect lemon (2 tbsp)
  • ½ scoop (10g) neutral plant protein powder (Daniela recommends Vega Protein in the Oh Natural flavor)
  • ½ cup water + ½ cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon raw chia seeds

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients except for chia seeds in a high-powered blender
2. Add additional ice and water if desired and blend until smooth. 
3. Stir in chia seeds (or blend if preferred). 
4. Top with extra fresh mint and a cucumber slice and enjoy!
